This may work for you ...

The following procedure can be used to reset the DST password.

Select manual mode from the control panel (01 B M)
Select function 21 and press Enter (DST will be displayed on the console
Log on as QSECOFR QSECOFR
Change DST password
Commonly I will set to 22222222 but this is a security risk (Whatever
changed to it should be recorded)
Also (option 13 I think) change the security option to allow expired
service profiles to change their password. Then CHGDSTPWD can be used to
reset the password to the default and then access SST and change the
password.
Log off from DST
Reset to normal mode from the control panel (01 B N)

*** Remember to enter USERID and PASSWORD in UPPERCASE !!!

IIRC, you should always be able to log in with QSECOFR on the system
console even with a bad password.

I believe you can sign on the console with QSECOFR user profile with the
right password even if the user profile is *DISABLED. But you do have to
know the password.
