Paul,

What Brad may be suggesting is read that file, if the server does not have
autostart no on it then start it. This may be something to consider if:
- You don't want to wait on IBM to act on your RFE.
- You can't find an appropriate API to process that.
- You don't want to try the holistic STRTCP approach
