I don't quite follow. I assumed at first you meant the schemas listed in iNav under "Schemas", but that's not what I'm seeing. When I do Index Advisor at the top level, I see IBM & user libraries that are neither in the "Schemas" list nor in *LIBL.

You have to get all of the libraries into the list the advisor shows, right now the only one in there is QUSRSYS. I really hate that interface because it is not intuitive at all. Once you figure that out you'll get your advised indexes.
