Would I restore the file in some temp lib and then do a rename of the one on the machine I'm on and so forth?

I need to transfer some LPP license keys (QU1 and BRMS) from an old system that no longer functions to a new system.
I have a full system backup tape.
Anyone know if there is a particular library/file I can restore to look a the license keys for these LPP's.
IBM ESS requires this "proof" before they will approve a transfer of LPP.
