Problems printing to Citizen CL-S6621 with IF1-ET01 Print Server

I have setup a remote output queue to print to a Citizen CL-S6621 label printer using TCP-IP with the following setup

When a print job is sent to the output queue the job remains in SND status. I can ping the IP address and I can open the print server homepage in a web browser.
Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?
