MEDHOST offers a variety of MU-certified hospital/health care applications
that run on i (along with a few open systems connected to the i). Note that
I'm currently employed by MEDHOST (so I'm a bit biased) and did the
majority of the MU2 integration work a few years back. Currently I'm
working on user permissions (MU3 if you will).

Problem is most are one size fits all and they need to integrate the front
office logistics (scheduling, patient demographics, insurance billing) with
the clinical side - and most of the clinical side needs to be able to
handle basic family practice stuff while also being able to support aspects
of medical specialties (eg, oncology, urology, allergy etc). And all of
that has to integrate with meaningful use, value based reimbursements and
hipaa. If I wanted to work my a$$ off for ten more years I'd get some VC
and create a startup. But I'm sick of dealing with offshore vendors.
