Question: Can you set up an identical person with the same authority? If
so, then I would disable QSECOFR and use it solely for:
- system saves (just to ensure that QSECOFR is not disabled upon
restore!!!!)
- system restores
- OS upgrades.
Meets the audit requirement without getting in the way of anything useful.
It's not important to be effective, just pass audit.
