Receiving hundreds of OPT1481 - Add optical disk cartridge failed to complete successfully
For devices OPT01 thru OPT11.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that optical device OPT02 is varied on and try the
request again. You may need to eject the cartridge and re-load it.
What is causing this?
How do I resolve?
I don't have this many OPT devices.
