That is antiquated indeed. There were older versions of iSeriesPython
that I know have been run on systems that old (and may still be
running for that matter), but those are severely outdated from a
Python point of view in addition to an IBM midrange point of view.

I don't want to discourage anyone from tinkering with old stuff if
that's what they find fun. If you like antiques, this may be just the
thing.
