basically this is our backup policy:
we do twice a year a full save (save 21) requiring a dedicated system
excluding our archive libraries and archive directories
AND during normal operations a full save of our archive libraries (with
the jrnrcv) and archive directories

We do daily incremental save of the archive libraries
