The ODBC driver support is part of the Access Client Solution 'Application

I have downloaded the latest zip from IBM.
where do I find "The optional Windows Application Package"?
Is it the .js files in the Windows_Application folder???
Is there a document that shows what I am supposed to do with these .js
files?
