if you have mapped your associations you can just create a shortcut to
your .hod file and windows will start the correct app for you.

Start the acsbundle.jar

from the Tools menu selected 'File Assocations'

set checkbox for .hod (check .ws too to include you old client access
workstation files as well)

Once this is done, double clicking a .hod file will start the emulator.
