Ethernet cards are for some reason exactly opposite of most of the cards.
They start at the top and work down.
T1 is top
T2 is bottom
Other communications cards start at the bottom and work up, and start with
zero not one.
Go figure.

IBM documentation also states the same.
Hardware resources show as T2 and T1.
