Trying to get simple vlan working, then I'll work on killing that on the
guest only and starting up the service tools stuff on the guest.

I appreciate everyone bearing through with me.

The second one is more applicable to just the vlan stuff. The first one
is more into the centralized PTF stuff.

Trying to walk before I run.
Slowing down a little and verifying each step as I go.
Like, it took some serious slapping to get me to realize I didn't need the
service tools lan on the host. And I had to stop, clear, and store that
cleared to get the vlan on the host to go from Failed to Active.
