I can get iACS to run, it just brings up the main IBM I Access Client Solutions window, which I'm trying to avoid. I did that by connecting to my NetServer and creating an alias (I assume that's like a shortcut or symlink) to acsbundle.jar and putting on the Mac desktop. Launching the alias brings up iACS.

Have you succeeded in running iACS from a share on OS/X? That would appear to me to be the first challenge.
