The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

Is there some way to eliminate all this wasted whitespace on
software service requests
I can not see any whitespace there; probably because I am not even
aware of where /there/ is ;-)
so that one can actually see open requests
on the first page without having to scroll down?
Is there something tangible to which someone could be directed; an
actual page would be most helpful. I suppose that might require an
example of how to get to such a page, rather than the page itself,
because those pages likely are custom for the user signed-in and their
cumulative navigational requests. And note that a screen-shot is not
particularly helpful to help resolve, though could help to define the
/whitespace/ issue, esp. if marked-up to point out specifically what
should be removed. But with only a screen-shot, there would be no
ability to use browser debugging tooling on the page, to determine what
about the page might be most easily overridden or otherwise
dynamically-modified, so as to improve the presentation; e.g. by having
eliminated the /whitespace/. Knowing which browser is being used, also
could matter, for describing how to implement a change.
Of course, they removed all the "feedback" links and what not.
I suppose /they/ were aware how irritated everyone was going to be
with all the changes that were made ;-)
