I have to agree this is a big problem. Heck we see nearly daily customers that suddenly can't access something because their browsers updated and disabled yet another necessary bit. This EVEN IF IBM has already created and distributed PTFs to address it. They still get the call and yet again need to point to the need to 'get current on PTFs.'

Nonetheless IBM has stated they will not end support for a release with less than a 1 year advance notification. That 1 year notification has not yet been given.
