CPYTOIMPF and prompt it. Is the member name the same as the file name?
Here's an example:

CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(MYLIB/MYFILE)
TOSTMF('/mydir/myfile.csv')
STMFCCSID(*PCASCII)
RCDDLM(*CRLF)
