We are using vtl but our vtl is 3rd party and we backup to vtl disk and
after that we transfer it to physical for duplication... for D-IPL, I
believe that we have to use physical tape for the 1st time to load the
microcode and restore brms config... then after that if the asp still
available then we can use vtl.. otherwise no..
