I tried looking in the archives, but did not find anything on this. Over the
past week or two, we are migrating machines from Win 7 or Win 8 to Win 10.
On some occasions (20% maybe), we are finding that the setting has been
changed from "Use default user ID, prompt as needed" to Use Windows user
name and password, no prompting" in the Navigator Connection settings. The
default User ID is blanked out.

a) Have others encountered this?

b) Anyone know of a reason that this occurs?

I don't know what the specific machines previous settings were (service pack
level, Win 7 or Win 8 -but most were Win 7-)

We still have a number of machines to go and would like to avoid this issue
for other systems if we can.
