If you are current on cume, groups, and, most importantly, Technology Refreshes, then I see no need to upgrade to the latest Resave.

I would recommend upgrading to the latest resave for those who:
- Are running beta versions who need to get to GA code
- Those on 7.1 who are REALLY behind on TR's
- Those who are suffering a "Link/Loader issue"

A new TR should always cover a new hardware requirement. You will see a one to one match up with a resave and any TR.

I would destroy any old copies of the I_BASE CD you have laying around and always have the latest resave available on hand for those special occasions one may need to boot from CD, or create a new lpar, or anything else of that genre.

My Resave marker PTF is RE13015 - RS-710-G
RE16082 RS-710-S is latest available.
