The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Ok the tool is working as designed.
I am asking them to enhance the tool to tell me if I really need to order
newer groups or not.
It's really that simple.
Here is the deal:
I ordered groups.
I set them to apply at the next IPL.
The next IPL is a week or two out.
As that date approaches I want to see if there are newer groups.
I want to use this SQL to determine that.
