Support for QR Code (Quick Response) 2D Bar Codes

The AFPDS to ASCII Transform code within Host Print Transform (HPT) has also added support for QR Code (Quick Response) two-dimensional bar codes.

However, there is no support for using the BARCODE DDS keyword to create QR Code bar codes as there is no Bar Code ID for "QRCODE" bar codes until 7.2 i5/OS. Prior to 7.2, you would need to generate the bar code using a Numeric ID of 32 and a Modifier of 02.

10.5.4 New bar code types for the printer DDS BARCODE keyword
The BARCODE DDS keyword now supports these new types of bar codes:
QR Code
Code 93
USPS Intelligent Mail
Royal Mail Red Tag
GS1 Databar

Anyone out there ported lizbqrencode or similar QR code generation API to IBM i?

Particularly interested in C based options to simplify binding to RPG.
