Any chance there is a Windows 7 PC with Navigator they can jump on? That might be the fastest solution

Subject: I Navigator error when clicking on run SQL Scrip
Good Morning
I have a user with windows 10 who clicks on Run A SQL Script and gets the error below. I opened a PMR with IBM, however they won't help since the don't support client access past windows 8. They said to use client solutions, which he will, but currently needs to get some important tasks done ASAP, and needs to use client access which he is familiar with. I would appreciate any help anyone can provide.
