POWER 8 Server w/LAN console hasn't come back up after IPL

All,

Was IPL'ing our new not yet in production POWER8 box and while the virtual
control panel shows

Neight the attached ACS LAN console nor my ACS sessions are connecting.

The LAN console shows a 655 connection status at the bottom.

The session I disconnected and reconnected give me a message:
MSGGEN003 - An Input/Output error occurred. (Not able to pass connection to
server job. Subsystem problem detected.)
Clicking ok gives me a blank screen with a 655MW connection status at the
bottom.

The session I left un-touched, shows a 659 connection status.

Thoughts?
