Ok here's the setup.
Forget about the sum of each local partition shown in usage count
information adding up to All partitions. It won't.

Create three shared processing pools
1 for VIOS and AIX (DefaultPool)
1 for your full IBM i DB2 lpars (IBMi)
1 for your IBM i Application Server lpars. (IBMiAppServer)
In my case 0, 1, 2.
Since I have 12 licenses of IBM i,
and 5 licenses of 5053 (application server)
this leaves me with 7 license of 5051 (DB2).
So I put the Maximum Processing Units in IBMi at 7 and 5 for IBMiAppServer
