Hi Aaron,

We have not yet moved to 7.3, but searching the docs for CRTSRVPGM at
http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_ibm_i_73/ilec/expsrc.htm
does still not mention an SRCSTMF parameter for the binder source.
Do you know of any reference material for this?
