SST issues have been resolved. I will be setting up my own profile. I have already reset the QSECOFR password to one that only I know. I fixed it so users can change their own passwords.

Now I just need the go Service to work. Now that I fixed our contact info, I get a new error,
go service
Electronic Service Agent not activated. Required product not installed.
Product information not found.

Guess I have not installed that part of the OS yet.

Subject: Re: SST Passwords on new system

I also create a second profile (namely me) for accessing SST. A coworker
here had a tendency to try the SST user of QSECOFR so many times they
disabled it on a routine basis.
This allows me to
8. Work with service tools user IDs and Devices
1. Service tools user IDs
You can also follow those steps to create your alternate SST userid and
password.

SST passwords are case specific.
