IBM PartnerWorld Surveys - Satisfaction Survey for BPs

Not sure if anyone gets the barrage of emails from IBM Partnerworld and
their offerings to help with email marketing, etc... but last night I
received one that asks...

"How Satisfied Are Your Clients?"

It looks like it offers to help you send a survey to your clients/customers
to fill out.

It states:

"Completing this survey process is a requirement to achieve the Gold and
Platinum levels when the enhanced program goes live on January 1, 2017. IBM
will not have access to see the results of the survey nor which clients
were asked. PartnerWorld will only monitor if the process is complete."

Now... of course you'll need to upload a list of customer information to
the site. Is that a good thing? I'm not sure just yet.

Is there a good reason I feel uneasy about sharing such a large customer
database with them? I don't know, but I do.

If they're running IBM hardware then they already should be known to IBM,
but I wonder how many hands are involved in this process as it seems they
outsource a lot of these email campaign projects to 3rd parties.

Sounds neat, but I would be interested in anyone else's thoughts... if you
get these types of emails of course. Why is the back of my brain saying
"don't do it!"
