IBM basically said tough noogie.
There is no way to "bind specific" CIMOM.
There is no way for me to use my certificates with CIMOM, they use their
own.
If I don't like that, then just shut CIMOM down.

IBM i server would be an common or platform agent. So if you want to
prevent TCP server *CIMOM from starting enter CHGTCPSVR SVRSPCVAL(*CIMOM)
AUTOSTART(*NO) and your certificate issue goes away with the *CIMOM
