I've seen weird second monitor bugs with weird third party controls before.
Worked for a place that had a web app that basically was delivered through
an IE control using some third party grid.

I wish I knew the root cause or could help you.

Don't know Legasuite, but I see this with the ACS SQL Scripts when it
overlays something on one of my monitors. I think it might be my
Rainmeter skin that makes it flicker. Moving the Scripts window clears
it up.

Suspecting that Java isn't playing nice, at least here. For what it's
worth, my colleagues have not mentioned this, so I think it really is my
Rainmeter interacting with Java.
