If my system was to say "Oh look, 7.3 is out there. Let's automatically
upgrade to it!" I would be in a world of hurt, at least until Domino, etc,
ran on it.
PTF's are a little different. I can see how some shops could stand to
automate that. Even then there is a risk.
I am definitely not in the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" crowd because
I know that their software is broke. They just don't want to admit it.
