Although I much prefer the COMMON conference because of the focus on IBM I, the IBM technical conferences are also very valuable to us and we don't pay to attend. Because of large volume of sales with IBM, and participation in follow up surveys, we get waivers to them. And meals are included in addition to evening events. They took over Florida's Universal Studios just for the IBM convention, very cool. However, the IBM I subject matter is very much in the minority there.......
