The ones I have used:
Turnover - I found this a little funky, but that may be because I had already learned two others, and this seemed odd to me. Functional though.
Implementer - Extreme flexibility, though it made it a bit difficult to learn. This had a way to inject pre and post process programs into your promotions and distributions. No easy way to add definitions of non-source objects into change management.
Aldon - Probably my favorite though there is a large amount of overlap between these three. This had pseudo source for non source objects like data queues and data areas. This was basically an enhanced CL source that allowed you to specify the create command for these non-source objects. Had pre-and post process programs, but way more limited than Implementer. I believe they had to be installed at a global level, no way to insert a custom pre-or post program into the process

In all cases we did not have the most recent version, so none of them handled SQL objects or ILE objects optimally. You might want to make sure the objects you want to use are handled well.
