be available for 7.2 (SF99702 Level 11) and 7.1 (S99701 Level 40) as well

That's not MY experience.
In my experience, trigger programs are ALWAYS locked (multiply locked,
them,the trigger program is shared by many files) by every job that trips
andand remain so until the job either ends or closes the triggered file(s)
youdoes a RCLRSC.
If you expect to be doing a lot of recompilation of trigger programs,
listmight want to use a trigger-mediator.
