From IBM support:
"PTF SI59463 has been released to correct the issue with PDM selecting the
wrong object. It will also be included in the next HIPER. Download and
apply at your earliest convenience.
The lab deemed this fix urgent enough, that they wanted to get it out
before they were able to clean up all of the positioning issues. SE63956
has been opened to address those remaining positioning issues. The lab has
set the target date for this fix at February 29th to allow for regression
testing.
Unfortunately SI59079 did not resolve all issues being had with list
positioning. It resolved the ones they knew about at the time, and at this
point, most have been resolved.
Before the lab knew the scope of the issues encountered, they wanted to
fix issues as they were brought to our attention, and get the PTFs out
quickly. In hindsight, that was not the best approach to take.
Now that they have fixed the urgent issue of selecting the wrong object,
they are requesting more time to run through regression testing and
hopefully resolve all outstanding issues. Additional testers, in the
Toronto lab and Rochester, have been added to aid in this process.
The main remaining issue at the moment, is when using PDM to view a list
of objects with multiple types, if you "Position to" without setting the
"Position to type", it will not go to the correct object."

Glenn,
Reading the cover letter, I think SI59415 will only fix the FNDSTRPDM
issue.
I applied SI59415, FNDSTRPDM issue fixed, but 11=MOVE issue still exists
in SI59415.
11=Move issue will probably be another PTF.
I'm removing SI59415, I recommend none apply this because of the 11=move
issue.
