9.0 announcement letter 23 April 2013 uses the unified 'Rational
Developer for i' nomenclature:

And the cover letters on the PTF DVDs I order still come with a reference to "AS/400". This for a V7R1, 8202 E4D system. I won't hold my breath that IBM ever gets its product names right.
