Yes, views can reference other views.
I've not tried to add a duplicate column name to a view, but I anticipate
it won't allow that. Even if it did allow duplicate column names, you
wouldn't want to do that.
Columns YEAR and AMT are a bit vague. You may want to consider giving them
more specific column names to be more descriptive to those consuming the
view(s).

in Second view, I also have the above data. I would like to add that to
first. I guess making a new view. Is that possible?--
