I have used MyFax for this from time to time. You simply send the document you want faxed as an attachment to an email. The email address consists of the recipient’s fax number …@myfax… Subject line and the email content are used as the header page. The contents of the attachment(s) forms he body of the fax. Very simple and quite inexpensive. Should meet your needs since you re already emailing every body else!

Other on-line fax vendors probably offer similar solutions but myfax in the one I’m familiar with. Myfax.com for details. I see they have a free 30 day trial so what have you got to lose.

Looking for a solution to replace a very old lan pc fax solution.

Would like to output pdf (so I can add logos, images, afpds stuff), and
already emailing the same pdfs to most.

About 300-400 faxes per month, and mostly in couple daily batches (these
are the customers who refuse email).

Have no large network multifunction printer but depending upon cost may
consider.

Want to avoid any proprietary output specs for another external pc (or
internal modem card)..software cost and maintenance is killing them.

Needs to be hands free fully automated (it is now).

Current Power 7+

Looking for a proven solution.
