We get a LOT of users who gets their ID disabled. and they fill out a help
desk ticket
then i have to enable.
Well at the moment we are short staffed. Only I can do this but we have
network guys on staff. And I am supposed to take vacation soon.

Could they make a change to a USer profile ID file from sql server?
