Here's the Cpy... statement I use:

CPYFRMSTMF FROMSTMF('/overlays/t0805151.prn')
TOMBR('/qsys.lib/newsys.lib/overlays.file/t0805151.mbr')

CVTDTA(*NONE)
ENDLINFMT(*FIXED)
TABEXPN(*NO)

I already have it on the IFS - I print the .prn to the IFS.
