2. Group
3. *PUBLIC
So I'd say *USE from the group profile.

I have a user which is a member of a GrpPrf that has *Use authority to a lib.
In this lib, a data file has *Public *All in both private & Autl lists.
This user's GrpPrf is in the Autl with *Use.
How much authority does this user have to the data file, *All or *Use?
