and add any column from this

I may not automatically want them showing up in the logical files because
then I would have to recompile all RPG programs that use RLA to access
those logical files.
I've tested this technique against the RCO table in Infor's LX product and
it worked fine. No record format level checks blowing up the file
maintenance program and no recompiles needed.
