Restarting the print from the next to last page should work as long as you
are not using a remote writer (LPD/LPR).

I'd suggest iNav or the web equivalent...but wait for that to transfer to
your PC would be ugly and I have doubts it would work.

You might try a spl-to-pdf conversion tool...but I think many of those
would bomb out with spool files larger than 16MB.
