There were several issues with multiple PDM PTFs over the last 3 months, various issues.
PTF Si59079 is the latest, just released.
I applied *immediate with no issues.

I suggest you order and apply this, if issues still exists, open a PMR with support.

For years, I have occasionally seen this happen. At first I thought it was because another user was browsing the member at the moment it was being saved, but was never able to replicate the problem.
