Their support is very fine. You can send them screen shots, codes, etc. and they will have the answer.
Note that it's better to get off of the green screen version as there are some nice features in the windows version.

Yeah, if the SEQUEL product, it can have a slightly different syntax
from IBM i SQL. Not always, but sometimes.
