Good reason to set a higher QUPSDLYTIM on the hosting lpar than on the
guests. I've recently suffered through this.

Before someone goes superior on me, let me say that I do use a UPS
monitoring message queue program. QUPSDLYTIM is there for backup. Like
when I removed Domino from one lpar but forgot to take the Domino shutdown
stuff out of its UPS program.
