The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Is that the lingo you're talking about?
I wasn't making much distinction between using STRPDM with option 3
and WRKMBRPDM. To me they are about the same in ease of use. Either is
miles ahead of WRKLNK for working with members.
The only reason I could think that you would bother to tie together
"DOS and Unix background" and "you can use WRKLNK to work with
members" was to point out that STRPDM is a menu. I mean, if your point
was "WRKLNK is a workaround for WRKMBRPDM when you don't have PDM",
that's fine, but then why bring up DOS or Unix sensibilities?
You can always shorten this with
CRTPRXCMD CMD(MYLIB/MBR) TGTCMD(WRKMBRPDM)
Yes. I happen not to make proxy commands, because as a simple
shortening device, they feel very heavyweight to me (tantamount to
copying and renaming the command object). But in any case, this
further increases my confusion why you bothered to bring up WRKLNK,
especially in the context of "DOS or Unix background".
