This looks like a BRMS system object that was created 12/17/15
21:22:5. This was when I first created ASP02, and was testing
RSTLIBRM, restoring to ASP 02.

I would have thought that this BRMS system object should have been
created in *SYSBAS, which would be ASP01.

The naming Q1ABRMSF## is apparently the BRMS ASP(##)-specific version of QUSRBRM. So similar to restoring QUSRBRM for [user data] history, that library is for saving\restoring to track B&R details for ASP(02).

I found nothing [from a quick web search] to indicate that the library should be in *SYSBAS [ASP(01)] or in the user ASP; probably look [more diligently than I] for some docs and\or ask IBM.
