I do not know the tool but there is a DLTOLDSPLF on IBM web site

A few years ago I downloaded DLTSELSPLF program from Tommy Holden's
wbepage. It gives me very useful selection criteras I could not find
anywhere else. Unfortunately the webpage is down, and I desperately need
this utility. Can anyone send it, or know any source for download?
